    Jennifer Dohrmann-Alpert is an experienced consultant specializing in hospitality, real estate development, and tourism strategy. She has led market and feasibility studies for hotel, resort, and mixed-use projects across the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America,

    and her expertise spans site analysis, master planning, development programming, and financial modeling. Before consulting, Jennifer worked with the Caribbean Alliance for Sustainable Tourism and held operational roles at top hospitality brands. She received her B.A. in Spanish and International Business from Georgetown University and earned a double Masters from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management and their Institute for Public Administration. She is a fluent Spanish speaker who has lived and worked in Costa Rica, Mexico, England, and Puerto Rico.

Previously, Nate served as Vice President of Full Service Hotel Development at Marriott International from 2014 to 2023, where he led development efforts for Marriott’s luxury and premium brands across the Midwest, Western US, and Hawaii. In that role, he executed 85 development agreements representing approximately 13,000 hotel rooms and 200 branded residences.

    Earlier in his career, Nate held Global Transaction Accounting Policy roles at Marriott (2011-2014) and Duke Energy Corporation (2010-2011), and was a member of PwC’s Private Company and Global Capital Markets advisory practices, where he notably provided complex financial advisory to General Motors Europe during its bankruptcy from 2007-2010.
